<B>Azabu-Jūban</A> is the Embassy District of Tokyo, located in Minato Ward. Many foriegners congregate here, to the point where it's almost an international enclave, more a slice of Europe and America than Japan in many places.  As a suburb of the metropolitian Tokyo area, it's mainly dead during the day as most working people commute away from the town.
