A clandestine organization founded by humanity and several other races in the latter half of Century 51-point-five to to try and counter the influence of the Intergalactic League of Crime after the league managed to destroy their predecessor organization through outright warfare and then attrition. Primarily recruiting metahuman and superhuman agents from their contemporaneous timeline, they fought the league across time and space, with one of their best agents, Cressida, taking the lead in chasing the leader of the league to 21st Century Earth.
