As old as the universe itself, this ring of worlds surrounding a massive time-space distortion is the home base of The Establishment, beings who actively shape and reshape history in order to maintain stability in the cosmos across this and other universes. Whatever the true name of Establishment Centre was, it has been forgotten, even to its own people.
