Constructor
A highly-advanced member of The Establishment who lives a more or less hermit-like aescetic lifestyle, having devoted their entire life to the training and idscipline of their mind to the point where they can visualize highly complex space-time structures, and through sheer force of mind "extrude" these structures into reality by re-aligning matter at the quantum level and buildign them from the ground up.
Because such tasks require intense concentration, Constructors utterly sequester themselves while "building". Even one slip of the mind can result in a misalignment of particles with incredibly destructive consequences.
